The Morning Meal will be on August 19th and August 20th. Morning meals will include carbohydrates that come from the earth.
This means, Fruit, Honey, Tubers: potatoes + sweet potatoes, onions, peppers, etc.
There will also be a variety of mixed nuts, fruits, eggs, cheese, choice of meat or veggies and some greek yogurt.
Breakfast will be served inside the Star Forest Cabin between 8am-10am each morning.
Please take off your shoes before entering.
If you wake up late, you will miss your opportunity.
